Frequently Asked Questions:

How do I care for my pillow case?  For regular maintenance, simply fluff, gently vacuum and/or use a gentle lint roller as needed. Quickly blot up spills, Dry clean only.

How do I care for my blankets & throws?  For most items, Hand wash or gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat to dry or tumble low. Some are Dry clean only. Refer to product description for item specific care. Some shrinkage may occur with cotton items. Towels and Peshtamals will soften and increase absorbency after each wash.

Do Pillows include an insert?   No our pillows include the cover only. We sell inserts separately now, select an insert based on cover size.

Where else can I purchase Inserts? Inserts can be purchased at a variety of places, Amazon, IKEA, Crate & Barrel, and Pottery Barn are a few of my favorites. Size up 1-2 inches for the insert if you like a full pillow.

I purchased a digital download, what happens next? After purchase, you will receive a link to your digital download.

Where can I print my digital download? Target, Costco, Mpix.

Where can I find frames for my prints? Target, Ikea, Amazon, Michaels.

How much is Shipping? Domestic orders: Shipping is FREE for all  non bulk orders. Shipping on all bulk orders (typically multiple inserts) is $25. International Orders: Flat rate of $50 for shipping.

Please note excessive bulk orders may incur extra shipping charges due to excessive weight and size. Please contact us directly at info@domovshop.com if you have any questions and wish to purchase a large order.

What is your Shipping and Return Policy? In most cases, orders are shipped within 2 business days, but in some orders may take 3-5 business days.  Please be sure to check your address before submitting your order.  Domov is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if incorrect or insufficient information was given.

For domestic (US) orders, you have 7 days upon receipt of product to begin return process.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for store credit if it remains in its original condition. Store credit never expires. Items must be returned within 30 days of beginning the return process. I highly recommend returning with a tracking number and insurance (if item cost is over $75).

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and may be charged a restocking fee dependent on product size/cost. 

All "Sale" and “Clearance” items are FINAL SALE.

If your item arrives damaged, contact Domov within 48 hours at info@domovshop.com, and we will either issue a replacement or refund. Due to the vintage and handmade nature of many of our items there may be slight discoloration, imperfections, or pattern variations. These imperfections add to the authentic nature of the textile and are not considered flaws but rather a representation of the textile's vintage history.  And please understand that we may not be able to replace with an identical item if it is a one of a kind or limited stock item.
